My name is Siobhan Guthrie and after Kinesiology changed my life I started The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology in Ireland (over 10 years ago) with Kieran Haughey.  Since then with the help of other instructors we’ve been changing the health and lives of many others.  And I’m here to show you how simple and easy that transformation can happen.
